We offer delivery with NZ POST throughout New Zealand on all orders to PO Boxes and rural addresses.

All orders placed before 4 pm Mon- Fri are shipped same-day on an overnight service right throughout New Zealand, depending on how busy the couriers are, this may take them 1-3 business days for delivery. If you live at a rural address it may take up to 4 business days for delivery .

We use NZ POST  (5-15 working days) –   You may be liable for tax in your specific country depending on customs regulations please check these before you place your order if you are worried about this. We deliver to PO BOXES.

* These timeframes start only once the order has left our premises, We pack our orders generally to leave within 24 hrs on weekdays, if your order is placed on a weekend it will leave within 24 hrs of the following business day. This may be due to stock availability. Working days means days during the week, not including weekend days. Please note that SPHINX ORMUS has no control over the delivery times once it has left our premises.


Individual countries have various laws for the importation of medicines. Whilst SPHINX ORMUS will not knowingly export products to a country where those products are classified as Prescription items, it is still your responsibility to check your country’s legislation for any items prohibited by any law, regulation or statute of any country or state to, or through, which the items may be shipped.

SPHINX ORMUS will not accept any liability or make compensation payments for loss, damage, delayed delivery or parcels halted by customs who may be checking for any prohibited items. From time to time shipments are held by customs and subject to inspection fees – SPHINX ORMUS is not liable for these fees.

If your International order is not allowed into your country and Customs returns it to us, our Customer Services team will contact you when it arrives back on our premises. Upon arrival, we will refund your order – not including the original shipping fee.

Please note that SPHINX ORMUS and NZ Post are not liable for parcels that are stolen, lost or damaged AFTER your order has been delivered.
