Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will need to email us at salesatormus@gmail.com
With the date that you made the payment and payment number, we will need to receive the package within the 30 -day time frame, we do offer a full refund for any/all items, minus the shipping cost (which is at the customer’s expense). The items are to be returned to :
Sphinx Ormus at PO BOX 5011 Aramaho Wanganui 4500 New Zealand
for proper inspection to check the item/s integrity before a refund can be processed.
Cancellation
Due to our shipping service, you only have a small window to change order details or request a cancellation if an order has been processed and a mistake has been made. If this applies to you, please contact us immediately at salesatormus@gmail.com
and we will try to accommodate your request, provided your order has not yet been shipped.
